「KING SWING (KS)」: Privacy Policy
【Management】
This fan club is operated and managed by BeatNix Corporation of America which is KYOSUKE HIMURO’s management company. BeatNix Corporation of America abides by the following privacy policy.
【Usage】
KS member’s personal information (“Member Info”) is used to send KS quarterly magazines and direct mailings as a fan club member privilege. Member Info may also be used for KS member benefits. KS members may cancel their subscriptions, benefits or membership at any time by notifying KS via telephone or email.
【Usage Restriction】
KS may use Member Info for the above purposes only. KS may never use member’s personal information for other purposes without KS member’s prior approval. Article 16, in which the handling of personal information is necessary for the protection of life, body, or property of an individual, etc., is the only exception.
【Information Maintenance】
KS will strive to maintain the accuracy of Member Info within the scope pertinent to Usage.
【Security Control Measures】
Member Info will be monitored by a management control employee (“MCE”) as per regulation JIS Q 15001. The MCE will take every necessary and proper precaution to protect the privacy of Member Info. The MCE will exercise specific caution over the privacy mark company or any company applying for a privacy mark.
【Supervision of Employee】
Any employee handling Member Info shall be monitored by the MCE as per the rules and regulations in Article 21 (Security Control Measures) and Article 22 (Supervision of Employee).
【Third party access to Member Info】
KS will not share Member Info with any third party without first obtaining member consent. The only exceptions to this are listed below.
KS may share Member Info if:
(1) it is so required by a state institution, a local public body, or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing the operations prescribed by laws and in which obtaining the consent of the person might impede the execution of the operations concerned. (Examples: a case in which an entrusted third party ships KS’s products or merchandise; a case in which a credit card company asks a reference of an individual at payment; or a case in which a concert sponsor receives a ticket request);
(2) an inquiry from an individual is necessarily or appropriately answered by an entrusted third party or agent;
(3) the personal information requested is for statistical purposes only and where the individual’s identity remains private. (Example: the number of catalog requests);
(4) a law requires us to provide personal information.
【Disclosure, Modification, Removal and Termination of Use】
A KS member may request the removal, modification and/or termination of KS usage of their personal information at any time.
【Minors】
KS asks any member under the age of 16 to receive parental or guardian permission for registering. KS will make every effort to ensure that minors under 16 are registered with said permission. In addition, KS asks parents and guardians to read and approve this privacy policy.
【Adherence】
KS will make every effort to adhere to the laws and regulations as set forth here as well as to any other laws and regulations protecting the privacy of personal information.
【Modification】
KS shall modify the privacy policy as necessary should Japanese laws or regulations so require. In such situations, KS shall notify members on the Himuro.com website
